Position Summary...Walmart Connect (the advertising network arm for Walmart) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, sellers, and the agencies and technology partners who serve them. Our Partner Network is the engine behind that ecosystem — the benefits, incentives, enablement, trust, recognition, and go-to-market programs that help our partners grow with Walmart.
As we scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Manager, International and Sam’s US to lead the extension of the full Partner Network program suite into net-new markets — beginning with Canada (CA), Mexico (MX), Chile, and Sam’s US. This is a builder role: you will take programs that are proven in WMC U.S. and adapt, localize, and stand them up to International and Sam’s US, in close partnership with regional Walmart and Walmart Connect teams, program owners, Legal, Compliance, and Finance. You will be the connective tissue between a centralized program vision and the realities of each local market.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable operating strategically — shaping which programs launch where and in what sequence — and operationally, rolling up their sleeves to localize playbooks, onboard partners, and make the first launches successful.

What you'll do...

Own international and Sam’s US program extension — lead the end-to-end rollout of the Partner Network program portfolio (partner benefits & incentives, tiering & recognition, partner trust & compliance, specialized partner programs, demand generation, evangelism, and the partner awards program) into Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Sam’s US.
Build the market-entry roadmap — partner with regional/business leadership to prioritize which programs launch in which markets/businesses and in what sequence, balancing local partner needs, revenue opportunity, and operational readiness.
Localize, don't just translate — adapt program mechanics, eligibility criteria, incentives, and partner-facing materials to each market's regulatory, cultural, currency, and competitive context, working with in-market/business teams to ensure relevance.
Coordinate cross-functionally — serve as the single point of accountability across program owners, regional Walmart/Walmart Connect teams, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Marketing to unblock launches and keep initiatives on track.
Define and track success — set launch KPIs and health metrics for each market, build the reporting cadence, and report progress and risks to leadership on a regular basis.
Create a repeatable playbook — codify the international/Sam’s US expansion approach into a scalable, reusable model so each successive market launches faster and more consistently than the last.
Be the voice of the market — bring local partner and team feedback back to central program owners to influence the global program roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications...

6+ years of experience in partnerships, partner/channel programs, go-to-market strategy, program management, or a related field — with a track record of taking programs from concept to launch.

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and geographies without direct authority.

Experience operating in or expanding programs into international markets.

Strong program-management skills: able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and dependencies with minimal oversight.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner-facing audiences.

Experience in retail media, e-commerce, marketplace, or advertising technology.
Direct experience with the Latin American (Mexico, Chile) and/or Canada markets, including familiarity with local partner ecosystems and regulatory environments.
Experience building partner incentive, tiering, certification, or recognition programs.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action — you thrive as an early builder in a fast-scaling environment.
