- Strong technical expertise in securing SAP landscapes, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP BW/BI, SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), SAP HR, and SAP Fiori.
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control components, including Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Business Role Management (BRM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori ( Building Catalogs, Spaces, Pages, and Sections) troubleshooting and debugging.
- Experience in AI and automation, with an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to improve SAP Security processes.
- Hands-on experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk remediation, mitigating controls, and GRC ruleset maintenance.
- Experience leading SAP Security activities for implementations, enhancements, rollouts, migrations, and technical upgrades.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits, ensuring SAP systems remain secure, compliant, and audit ready.
- Solid understanding of SAP business processes, SAP implementation methodologies, and the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Experience partnering with SAP implementation teams to drive security design, transitions, and successful project deployments.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex SAP Security and GRC Access Control issues.
- Experience developing and maintaining SAP Security standards, templates, runbooks, operating procedures, checklists, and automation accelerators.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 7 years of professional experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC.
