Role Overview

We are seeking a UI-heavy UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on digital experiences.

This role will emphasize visual design, branding integration, and UI execution, while maintaining UX fundamentals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality, visually compelling digital interfaces aligned with brand standards
  • Translate marketing strategies into engaging user experiences
  • Create UI designs for digital flows (campaigns, landing pages)
  • Apply and extend existing design systems while supporting branding integration initiatives
  • Collaborate with:
    • Creative Directors
    • Marketing stakeholders
    • Product and development teams
  • Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders
  • Incorporate feedback quickly in fast-paced marketing cycles

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
    • Visual/UI excellence
    • Marketing or acquisition-driven work
    • Brand-forward digital experiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Experience working within established design systems
  • Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
  • Experience collaborating with branding and marketing teams
  • Ability to elevate UI while maintaining usability standards
  • Basic understanding of user flows and journey mapping
  • Basic information architecture principles

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 36,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 127,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
