Summary
We are a healthcare technology company at the forefront of clinical AI innovation, dedicated to transforming real-world clinical practice through intelligent, user-centered design. As a mid-level UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of clinician- and patient-facing interfaces across our product suite, including Clinical Interact. You will translate strategic design direction into clear, accessible, and implementation-ready interfaces, ensuring that complex clinical data is presented with clarity and precision under time-sensitive conditions. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, AI, and clinical experts—you will help build intuitive, personalized, and scalable experiences that empower healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about blending technical rigor with deep clinical empathy.

Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces for clinician- and patient-facing screens that present dense clinical data—such as ranked findings, knowledge-graph-driven insights, and confidence indicators—clearly and effectively under time pressure.
  • Collaborate with the UX subject-matter expert (SME) to implement and refine design direction, ensuring alignment with established design principles and system-wide standards.
  • Extend and maintain the design system by leveraging and contributing to color tokens, typography, component libraries, and design tokens—avoiding ad hoc styles.
  • Design for dynamic personalization models, including variable content density, tile states, and adaptive content prioritization, to ensure usability across diverse clinical and patient contexts.
  • Deliver clean, developer-ready handoffs in Figma, including detailed specs, redlines, component states, and interactive prototypes for front-end engineering teams.
  • Partner with clinical and AI teams to integrate usability feedback, clinical insights, and real-world testing findings into iterative design improvements.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing shipped products and real-world impact.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, component variants, design systems, and dev-mode handoff workflows.
  • Proven experience designing data-dense interfaces in complex domains such as clinical software, dashboards, financial systems, or similar high-information environments.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG AA compliance, with practical application in design decisions.
  • Preference for candidates based in the Middle East or between the timezone of GMT+3 - GMT+8.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing for healthcare, clinical workflows, or medical software environments.
  • Familiarity with design tokens, design-system architecture, and scalable component design.
  • Demonstrated ability to design adaptive, context-aware, or personalized interfaces beyond static screen designs.
Core Competencies
  • Exceptional ability to establish clear information hierarchy in complex, high-pressure scenarios.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across engineering, AI, and clinical teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly within a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Deep clinical empathy and a user-first mindset focused on the real-world needs of clinicians and patients.
