About AIUC

AIUC builds standards and insurance for frontier AI. Our mission is to Underwrite superintelligence. We exist because risk, not capability, is becoming the binding constraint on AI being useful. History offers lessons for how to build confidence in new technology; electricity burned down houses until insurers funded Underwriters Laboratories (UL) to certify products against their standards. Today, the UL mark is a trustmark on every light bulb in America. We’re building that for AI.
AIUC-1, our standard for agent security, serves frontier builders like Cursor, Lovable, ElevenLabs, and Harvey. We've raised $55m from Ribbit, First Harmonic and Nat Friedman to audit frontier AI. Our team comes from METR, Anthropic, McKinsey, and OpenAI. Come join us.

The Role

AIUC has built real awareness for AIUC-1, the certification standard for agentic AI security. The next unlock is proof — making certified customers close enterprise deals faster, adopt AI more confidently, and become vocal champions. This role owns that, end to end. You turn that certification into the outcomes their CEO cares about — all while building the playbook a future team will scale. It is critical that our customer champions feel like the hero of the story. Your job is to make AIUC a career-defining win for them.

In this role, you will:
  • Own post-certification customer success end to end: manage the certification announcement (mobilizing senior stakeholders and project-managing for maximum impact), enable customer GTM teams to activate AIUC-1 in their own sales motion, build measurable ROI stories and case studies, and drive renewals and upsells

  • Become a deep expert in the AIUC-1 standard and build trusted-advisor relationships from working teams up to the exec suite as well as codify how we deliver and drive success so it's repeatable — this becomes the team's operating manual

  • Drive joint customer marketing activations; turn wins into publishable case studies and a hard ROI story

  • Join customer sales calls and build bespoke material that helps close enterprise deals, including mobilizing the AIUC network / consortium where it helps customers

  • Work hands-on during AI security reviews, build sales enablement materials, and run enablement sessions

  • Be the most structured, highest-signal channel of customer feedback into AIUC's product team

What success looks like

In 6 months, exceptional performance looks like:

  • Concrete commercial outcomes: measured by marketing placements secured, customer's deals closed with AIUC-1 certification's help, # AIUC enterprise deals progressed with your help

  • ROI story live: measured in shareable / publishable customer case studies and strength of ROI case

  • Trusted relationships with customer execs: measured in facetime obtained, participation in marketing activations or involvement in important internal decisions

  • Tight product feedback loop: measured by valuable and actionable insights shared with Product

What we’re looking for
  • 7–10+ years of experience, with a foundation in management consulting (or similar structured, client-facing problem solving role), as well as meaningful time inside a high-growth startup in a post-sales capacity

  • You are a self-starter with a track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end and driving them to outcomes

  • You are highly operational and detail obsessed – you will not let things slip through the cracks

  • You have strong commercial acumen and executive presence – you are comfortable with owning revenue responsibility, including being incentivized on revenue generated from your accounts, and can build trusted relationships at the C-suite level

  • You have experience hiring, managing, and developing a team

Our Values

We are in the business of building trust. We take our values seriously and treat them as commitments to each other, held to the same bar as the ones we make to customers.

  • Strong back: high standards, keep our promises, work hard.

  • Fast feet: experiment, cut scope, take delight in pace.

  • Eyes up: wrestle with the mission, and let where AI is heading shape our strategy, our teams and our day-to-day work.

  • Open heart: say the scary thing, create connection, make room for emotions.

Underwriting superintelligence is our life's work. If you want it to be yours, apply now.
