Who we are

At Domino, we build software that helps the largest, AI-driven organizations build and operate advanced data science and AI solutions at scale. Our platform integrates a streamlined model development environment, MLOps capabilities, and novel features for collaboration, reuse, and reproducibility — all of which make data science teams more productive, reduce time to value, and ensure compliance. Our customers — like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bristol Myers, UBS, FINRA and the US Navy — are using our software to solve some of the most important challenges in the world, such as developing new medicines, securing our financial markets, or protecting our country. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, NVIDIA, Snowflake, NetApp and other leading investors, we have been in business for a decade but are still a small team operating with the spirit of a startup. Especially in the world of AI today, we believe that the future is still being invented — and we want to be the ones building it. For more information, visit www.domino.ai

What we are building

Demand Generation is responsible for creating pipeline and managing all aspects of it—from the channels (email, digital, web, paid social) to the systems on which we build campaigns, and to the partnerships with our GTM teams, including Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, and Professional Services. This team connects strategy to execution to measurable pipeline outcomes.
The role of the Vertical Marketing Manager is to develop and execute integrated, vertical-specific marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue impact, increase account engagement, and strengthen Domino’s presence in our target verticals. This role sits in Demand Generation and is accountable for building and executing vertical campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) plays in close partnership with Sales and the broader GTM organization.
Domino will have three Vertical Marketing Managers focused on our key verticals: Financial Services (FSI), Life Sciences, and Public Sector. Each Vertical Marketing Manager will work closely with vertical Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and the broader vertical team (including vertical sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders) to translate vertical strategy into measurable demand outcomes.

What your impact will be

  • Build and execute vertical campaigns in partnership with vertical PMMs and the broader vertical team—turning vertical insights, messaging, and priorities into integrated demand programs
  • Plan and run account-based marketing (ABM) plays for target accounts, including personalization, multi-channel orchestration, and tight alignment with Sales follow-up
Engage senior FSI decision-makers in top accounts through high-touch, white-glove events and executive programs tailored to Data Science and IT leaders, strengthening Domino’s credibility and influence in the market
  • Partner with Demand Gen channel owners (email, digital, web, paid social) and Marketing Ops/systems to activate campaigns, improve targeting, optimize conversion, and scale what works
  • Serve as a trusted partner to GTM stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Professional Services) to align on account selection, goals, follow-up motions, and measurement tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Own Domino’s presence at vertical industry events (first- and third-party, as applicable), including program strategy, audience targeting, pre-/at-/post-event activation, and pipeline attribution
  • Own measurement and reporting against quarterly goals for qualified pipeline and revenue impact, continuously iterating based on performance insights.
Manage budgets and vendors with strong operational rigor and ROI focus

What we look for in this role

  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • FSI vertical expertise with demonstrated experience planning and executing integrated campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and executive-level events that resonate with senior buyers
  • Strong field and executive marketing operator with deep experience delivering high-touch programs, executive engagements, and field initiatives in close collaboration with sales teams
  • Disciplined, strategic planner skilled in outcome-aligned budget management and precise execution across campaigns, events, and programs
  • Technically fluent and operationally strong, comfortable working across Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and modern tools (including LLMs) to measure impact and optimize performance
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills; ability to run multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

What we value

  • We strongly believe in the value of growing a diverse team and encourage people of all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, abilities, and sexual orientations to apply
  • We value a growth mindset. High-performing creative individuals who dig into problems and see the opportunities for success
  • We believe in individuals who seek truth and speak the truth and can be their whole selves at work.
  • We value all of you that believe improving is always possible. At Domino, everything is a work in progress – we can do better at everything.
  • We emphasize an environment of teaching and learning to equip employees with the tools needed to be successful in their function and the company.
