Senior leader driving enterprise transformation through end-to-end M&A integration and an Integration Management Office, building AI- and analytics-driven offerings, leading VP-level client delivery, structuring executive decisions, and communicating recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
VP, Strategic Projects role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation by structuring, prioritizing, and executing high-impact strategic initiatives in close partnership with executive stakeholders. The role leads end-to-end M&A integration, including establishing and managing the Integration Management Office (IMO), overseeing cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring realization of synergy and value capture targets. In parallel, it focuses on building innovative AI- and analytics-driven offerings, leveraging advanced methodologies such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and operations research to support business outcomes.
Responsibilities- M&A integration: drive end-to-end integration of acquired businesses — develop integration roadmaps, stand up and run the Integration Management Office (IMO), track synergy realization, and govern cross-functional workstreams (operations, technology, data, talent) through to value capture
- Structure and build innovative offerings / products working across different portfolios determine how best to leverage AI, machine learning and advanced analytics methods (Ensemble models, Decision trees and Neural networks; Operations research; Statistical modeling) to support business objectives
- Lead AI / Analytics client delivery at the VP level — ensure engagements deliver on key objectives within project budgets and timelines while meeting / exceeding client expectations
- Act as a thought partner to integration owner— structure decisions, prepare board- and executive-level materials, drive prioritization, and follow through on execution of the strategic agenda
- Communicate analyses and recommendations by preparing presentations for and participating in discussions with C-level clients and internal leadership
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering, business administration or related AI / Analytics field with strong record of achievement through the career and academics or additional relevant experience
- Strong communication skills to interpret financial data, convert into insights succinctly and clearly for an executive audience
- M&A integration experience — led or played a key role in post-merger / acquisition integration programs end to end or as Chief of Staff to senior executive
- Experience in leading solutions / engagement oversightwith executive clients
- Extremely strong in problem solving - case based solution approach; ability to leverage data & AI / generative AI, LLMs etc. analytics to address varied business problems across industries
- 15+ years of equivalent relevant experience
