About the Position

The Santa Cruz Warriors are looking for a strategic, high-energy executive to oversee all primary revenue streams and unify strategy across Corporate Partnerships and Ticketing (Full Season, Groups, Mini Plans, and Services). In this role, you will set the vision to hit sales targets, elevate brand activation, and drive fan engagement at Kaiser Permanente Arena. You will directly lead the Corporate Partnerships team while overseeing Ticketing Managers who manage our entry-level sales reps, all while serving as a strategic liaison to Golden State Warriors revenue teams. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, Santa Cruz Warriors.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Santa Cruz, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Revenue Strategy

  • Directly lead, align, and manage both the Ticketing and Corporate Partnership departments; establish integrated revenue strategies across corporate partnership sales and retention, season ticket sales and membership retention, group tickets, and single-game sales
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual and long-term sales, activation, and service plans to meet or exceed organizational revenue goals (including our annual top-line ticket revenue baseline); establish reporting protocols, track pacing, and manage annual operating budgets
  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented performance culture across both departments
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Community Relations, and Operations to design go-to-market strategies, align inventory priorities, and deliver seamless fan and partner experiences

Corporate Partnerships Department Oversight (Direct Oversight)

  • Lead the strategy, pipeline development, deal structuring, and renewals for corporate partnerships
  • Drive fully integrated partnership packages across major categories and maximize multi-year partner retention; pursue and generate new revenue opportunities within the space
  • Manage partnership sales and service personnel directly, ensuring high-quality partner activation, promotional events, digital media fulfillment, and game-day hospitality execution
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Golden State Warriors Corporate Partnerships team to identify pathways for multi-property partnerships, inventory strategy, and regional cross-property growth

Ticketing Department Oversight (Manager Oversight)

  • Lead, coach, and support Ticketing Managers who directly manage entry-level account executives, group sellers, and service representatives
  • Oversee season ticket member retention strategy, payment plan architectures, and auto-renewal programs executed by Ticketing Managers and Service team
  • Direct overarching strategy for selling fulls, partials, groups, single-game inventory, and non-basketball ticketed events hosted at the arena
  • Oversee customer database growth, ticketing technology platforms, fan surveys, and website integration to drive targeted sales
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably  in Business Administration/Sports Management, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue generation within sports, entertainment, or venue management
  • Background in both partnerships and ticket sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace, CRM and ticketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Archtics)
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, as well as a coaching mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers across the organization
  • Intermediate knowledge of social media marketing and the digital space

Time Commitment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for home games and special events

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for game-day setups or activations

Compensation

  • $120,000 Per Year + Bonus
