Position 

The VP of Global and US Market Access is a pivotal leadership role on the Nurix Commercial Leadership Team (CLT). This leader will architect the global value, pricing, and access strategy development for the Nurix portfolio, and will co-lead the end-to-end US launch of Nurix's first hematology product, in close collaboration with a global pharmaceutical partner.

What you will own: 

  • Global Value, Pricing & Access Strategy — develop and lead the overarching framework for demonstrating and communicating product value to payers, HTAs, and health systems globally; includes close coordination with a global pharmaceutical partner to align on international access strategies
  • US Payer Strategy & Execution — design payer engagement strategies to secure broad, sustainable reimbursement
  • Patient Support Services — build programs that remove access barriers and ensure patients can start and stay on therapy
  • Pricing & Contracting — develop pricing architecture and contracting strategies that balance access, value, and business sustainability
  • Trade & Channel Management — oversee specialty pharmacy, distributor, and GPO plan to ensure reliable product availability
  • Health Systems & Key Accounts — Develop a strategic engagement plan with IDNs, academic medical centers, and high-value accounts

How You’ll Work

  • Serve as a core member of the CLT, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Analytics to align commercial strategy
  • Serve as the primary Market Access point of contact with a global strategic partner, ensuring alignment on value messaging, access strategy, and access timelines
  • Lead launch readiness planning across all access functions, ensuring flawless execution at launch
  • Collaborate with HEOR and Medical Affairs to build a compelling value proposition, evidence generation plan, and economic models that resonate with payers
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously sharpen strategy and measure impact
  • Advise senior leadership and the Board on evolving market trends, policy shifts, and their implications for the business
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Accounting to ensure all strategies are sound and compliant
  • Contribute market access expertise to early-pipeline planning, laying groundwork for future launches

Qualifications

  • 15+ years' experience in the pharma or biotech industry, with at least 5–7 years in senior market access leadership
  • Deep expertise across payer strategy, pricing, contracting, trade, and patient services
  • Strong hematology/oncology experience highly preferred
  • Experience navigating complex partnerships or co-commercialization arrangements with large pharmaceutical companies, including alignment on access strategy, and cross-functional coordination across organizations
  • Proven ability to build and lead both internal and field-based teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Track record of making decisive calls while fostering a collaborative, compliant culture
  • Exceptional communicator — equally effective with field teams, the C-suite, and the Board
  • Location - Onsite preferred

Salary Range:  325K – 365K plus bonus and equity.
