Job Description

This Vice President of Growth Marketing will own growth activities for Experian's Marketing Services business. At Experian Marketing Services, we use data and insights to help brands have more meaningful interactions with people. We can help you identify your customers and new prospects, uncover the most appropriate communication channels, develop messages that resonate, and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns. Our Consumer View and Consumer Sync products bring data and identity together to provide collaborative, interoperable marketing solutions in a complex industry.

You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for these products and services that are crisp, differentiated, and compelling. You will partner with and influence leaders across sales, product, strategy, event and creative services to deliver against an integrated growth strategy.

You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, Experian Financial and Marketing Services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Experian as a market leader in the advertising technology and marketing space
  • Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content and partnerships that produce high-quality leads
  • Manage a cross-channel budget that maximizes ROI
  • Establish best practices that promote standardization and minimize time to market
  • Mentor and manage a team of around 10, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration
  • Develop critical metrics and marketing reports for the executive team based on marketing OKRs, measure the performance of all activities, assess them against goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators) and adjust strategy and activities to achieve them

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in marketing, product marketing, strategy or related field
  • 10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles
  • Commanding understanding of data-driven marketing, agencies and the advertising technology landscape
  • Proven experience leading and scaling marketing teams and activities
  • Direct experience in performance and channel marketing, strategic business development or other cross-functional marketing
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, segmentation, customer journey mapping, and messaging frameworks
  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end product and value proposition development, content creation, and go to market execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build trusted cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to create material that is polished, clear, concise and streamlined
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of market analysis and customer research
  • A strategic thinker who can creatively solve problems and understand competitive context to drive results while investing for a better future
