Position Summary

Intelex is seeking an experienced, strategic, and business-focused Vice President, Human Resources to serve as a core member of the executive leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Intelex President, the Vice President, Human Resources serves as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, leading the people and organizational agenda that enables business performance. The role drives leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, culture, and talent outcomes while helping leaders navigate change, strengthen performance, and execute Intelex's growth strategy.

This role requires a leader who understands that exceptional business outcomes are created when the right strategy, structure, leadership, and culture come together.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the President and executive leadership team, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership performance, and business results.
  • Coach, influence, and challenge leaders to make effective decisions on organization, talent, culture, and resource priorities.
  • Identify and address organizational barriers and opportunities that impact execution, growth, and employee engagement.

Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning & Transformation

  • Lead workforce planning, operating model, and organization design decisions to ensure the business has the capabilities, capacity, and structure required to deliver its strategy.
  • Drive organizational transformation initiatives that improve agility, accountability, productivity, and business performance.
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate future talent and capability needs, including those driven by technology, AI, and changing market demands.

Leadership & Talent

  • Strengthen leadership capability required for current and future business needs through talent reviews, succession planning, and executive coaching
  • Identify, develop, and accelerate high-potential talent while building leadership and team effectiveness across the organization.

Culture, Change & HR Leadership

  • Foster a high-performance culture that drives accountability, innovation, growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the people strategy for organizational change, including business transformations, leadership transitions, and growth initiatives.
  • Champion employee engagement and communication, translating employee feedback into meaningful action and improved experiences.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of AI-enabled tools and ways of working across the organization while leveraging technology to improve workforce effectiveness and HR impact.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring delivery of strategic partnership, operational excellence, and integrated people solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success as a senior HR executive partnering directly with executive leadership teams.
  • Deep expertise in organization design, leadership development, change management, employee engagement, and executive coaching.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to define talent and organization strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrated success leading organization transformation and culture change initiatives.
  • Experience building leadership capability and high-performing teams in a growing organization.
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior leaders while building strong relationships and credibility.
  • Track record of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Technology, software, SaaS, or growth-company experience preferred.
