Leading People Business Partnership, you will drive key initiatives to empower teams, accelerate talent development, and enhance organizational effectiveness. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will design and implement cutting-edge people strategies that enable scalable growth while maintaining an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Reimagine People Business Partner Strategy: Lead the evolution of our business partnering to support a high-performing, agile, and engaged workforce
  • Data-Driven People Strategy: Leverage workforce analytics, AI-driven insights, and key People metrics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize talent initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in organizational effectiveness
  • Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning and scalable organizational design to drive efficiency, sustainable growth, and long-term success
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, people COEs, and cross-functional partners, embedding people strategies into business decisions and driving scalable, high-impact programs that enable business success
  • Change Management & Organizational Agility: Lead change management efforts to support business evolution, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Oversee complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with global labor laws and fostering a fair, ethical, and transparent work environment
  • Talent Development: Partner with the Head of L&D to co-design and drive succession planning, mentorship programs, and high-potential talent programs to build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Future-Ready Learning & Development: Partner with our Head of L&D to inform the design and delivery of training, personalized learning experiences, and leadership development programs to equip our workforce with the skills needed to execute our business objectives
  • Compensation & Total Rewards Alignment: Partner with Total Rewards teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent

Requirements: 

  • Proven People Leadership: Extensive experience leading and mentoring high-performing People teams in high-growth, global environments
  • Transformation Expertise: Exceptional ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, driving large-scale people transformation initiatives with agility and confidence
  • Strategic Influence: Strong ability to engage, influence, and inspire leaders at all levels, serving as a strategic partner in shaping the future of work
  • Future-Focused and Data-Driven: Deep understanding of AI, automation, and workforce analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
