• Lead platform governance and prioritization.
• Chair Dynata+ Executive Steering Committee.
• Identify adjacent growth opportunities and new use cases.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities across survey programming, targeting, reporting and workflow automation.

Business Case & Product Economics

• Contribute product priorities and investment needs to annual operating plans.
• Shape pricing, packaging and monetization models with commercial leadership, including self-serve and API pricing.
• Develop investment cases for new capabilities.
• Own product KPIs (activation, active users, conversion, API usage and retention) and their contribution to ARR, NRR, gross margin and churn; revenue and profitability targets are shared with commercial leadership.

Platform Adoption & Enterprise Alignment

• Drive adoption across Dynata business units.
• Consolidate fragmented client-facing tools onto the common customer interface.

Product-Led Growth

• Own in-product PLG from sign-up and activation through expansion.
• Own self-serve conversion optimization; partner with sales on the inbound motion.
• Partner with enterprise sales to define the handoff between self-serve, API and sales-led motions.
• Work with marketing on demand generation and positioning.

Customer Success & Engagement

• Partner with customer success to build scalable, in-product success processes.
• Create health scores and churn prevention mechanisms.

Product & Engineering Delivery

• Balance near-term commercial delivery with long-term architecture needs.

Success Measures – First 24 Months

• Launch documented, self-serve API and agent access for feasibility, pricing, ordering and data delivery.
• Establish a three-year strategic platform vision within the first 90 days.
• Increase platform adoption across Dynata, clients and partners, including API and integration usage.
• Launch scripting, analytics and visualization capabilities.
• Improve conversion, retention and NRR.

Experience & Qualifications

• Has owned a company’s external interface (customer portal, public APIs and integrations) shared across multiple products or business units, where self-serve or API use drove a meaningful share of revenue.
• Senior product leadership of SaaS, platform, analytics, data, insights or research technology products, including self-serve and API products; P&L exposure a plus.
• Experience building PLG funnels and partnering with enterprise sales motions.
