Position Overview
Content is how modern B2B brands get discovered, build trust, and generate demand. TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn are where today's buyers spend their time — and your job is to make Bobyard stand out on all three.
You'll create, edit, and star in high-volume, high-impact video content that drives real results. Work closely with Marketing and Sales to turn content into leads and pipeline.
Desired Attributes
On-camera presence: You're comfortable being the face of Bobyard. Compelling, outgoing, and excited to tell stories about the construction industry.
Scrappy editor: You know CapCut, iMovie, or whatever gets the job done fast. Speed without sacrificing quality.
Hands-on creator: You've already created and edited real content—not just class projects.
Fast & organized: You manage multiple projects without missing deadlines.
Passion and work ethic: Startups are not easy, this is not a cushy job at Google
Willing to do whatever it takes: From shooting footage to managing assets, you own every aspect of production.
