The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Build authentic, trusted relationships with high-value Players to increase engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
- Manage all aspects of the player relationship through proactive outreach, personalized communications, and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, promotions, products, and platform enhancements to deliver relevant recommendations and experiences.
- Lead player reactivation initiatives by identifying opportunities to reconnect with inactive Players and increase participation.
- Gather and communicate player feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall player experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address player needs and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor player activity and engagement trends to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and relationship development.
- Execute all VIP program policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with responsible gaming standards and guidelines.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and maintain long-term player partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach to every interaction.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours to support player needs.
