The US base salary range for this full-time position is 81,900.00 USD - 102,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a VIP Team Lead
- Drive key VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
- Focus on multiple aspects of the VIP customer lifecycle, including onboarding, reactivation, account management, and loyalty integration.
- Coach and develop your team through actionable feedback, regular one-on-one conversations, and a solutions-oriented approach that supports performance against established goals.
- Partner with VIP leadership to develop and implement sales training programs across the VIP team.
- Participate in the escalation process by working with players and other internal departments to resolve complex cases.
- Execute the broad VIP strategy and implement new initiatives to optimize outcomes and accomplish goals.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of sales experience in the Gaming or Hospitality industry.
- 3 years of experience managing a team through effective communication, coaching, and performance management.
- A passion for elevating the player experience, solving problems, and creating a positive team environment.
- Demonstrated success identifying and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge and experience driving revenue while effectively managing expenses.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on key business objectives.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
