The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of our Vision product line.

The expected salary range for this position is $89,700 - $119,500. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

- Partner with FP&A and business units to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, financial models, and performance metrics for the Vision offering.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis, insights, and recommendations for leadership.
- Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for senior management highlighting key financial drivers and strategic impacts.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through collaboration with accounting and operations teams.
- Leverage AI Copilot tools to enhance financial analysis, reporting efficiency, and decision-making within FP&A processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial consulting
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI copilot tools to drive operational excellence and improve financial outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with financial systems a plus.
- Experience working ideally within insurance or healthcare.
