Position Summary
We’re looking for a proactive, creative Visual Designer to own visual output across our website, marketing, and sales channels — from landing pages to case studies to the product screenshots our sales team sends out. We’re not looking for someone who understands design principles deeply, work independently, and bring ideas to the table rather than just execute briefs.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Landing Page Design
- Design and maintain website pages, landing pages, and blog layouts in WordPress
- Collaborate with Marketing on new page builds tied to launches and campaigns
- Continuously improve site design based on conversion and usability feedback
Brand & Visual Design
- Create visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines and business goals
- Maintain consistency across website, social media, marketing, and presentation assets
Creative & Campaign Execution
- Design creatives for campaigns, ads, product marketing, and promotional content
- Deliver high-quality visuals with fast turnaround times in a dynamic startup environment
Sales & Customer Proof Assets
- Design sales enablement materials: presentations, one-pagers, proposal templates
- Create case studies and customer story assets in collaboration with Marketing
- Produce product screenshots and UI mockups for marketing use
Content, Social & Motion
- Design graphics for social media, blog, and email campaigns
- Create motion graphics and short-form video content for product and brand storytelling
- Support webinar and thought leadership content with visual assets (slides, promo graphics, video edits)
Design Systems & Asset Management
- Build reusable templates, creative libraries, and scalable design systems
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and workflows efficiently
AI-Powered Design
- Use AI tools for image generation, design iteration, video creation, and workflow acceleration
- Experiment with emerging AI design/video tools and bring new approaches to the team
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to understand requirements and incorporate feedback
- Ensure timely delivery of all design tasks while maintaining quality and consistency
Creative Innovation
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts to strengthen brand presence and engagement
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Visual/Product Designer at a SaaS company (must have)
- Strong creativity with a keen eye for design, typography, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for a website built on WordPress (required)
- Experience with motion graphics and video creation (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
- Actively uses AI tools in their design workflow (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Figma AI, Runway, etc.)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and creativity
- Passion for design trends, innovation, and continuous learning
