At Collaborative Robotics, we’re redefining how robots work alongside humans. Our team is dedicated to building innovative robots that are intuitive, adaptive, and seamlessly integrate into everyday environments. Our visual language plays a central role in bringing that vision to life.

We’re seeking a Visual Designer to shape and evolve the visual identity of Cobot across every touchpoint — from our digital & physical products to our brand presence, website, and marketing communications. You’ll translate complex ideas into a clear, cohesive visual system that connects our products, teams, and audiences.

Working closely within the design team and cross-functional partners, you’ll define how Cobot looks, feels, and communicates — ensuring every visual asset reflects Cobot’s first principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolve and maintain the Cobot visual identity system across digital, physical, and brand environments, ensuring consistency and refinement.

  • Translate abstract ideas and vision into tangible design expressions — from brand foundations to detailed product and interface visuals.

  • Create high-quality assets across multiple touchpoints, including:

    • Brand: guidelines, iconography, and visual systems.

    • Product: digital and hardware brand visual system

    • Marketing & Communications: website, presentations, campaigns, physical booths and social context.

  • Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to ensure a unified design language that bridges brand and product.

  • Uphold a high bar for visual craft, composition, and storytelling across all materials.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Cobot’s brand narrative and help define visual principles as we scale globally.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in visual, graphic, or brand design working with cross functional teams including UX and Marketing.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating refined craft, cohesive visual thinking, and an ability to communicate emotion and intent through design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools.

  • Experience creating digital and brand assets across multiple mediums (web, presentation, motion, or print).

  • Excellent attention to detail, from typography and layout to pacing and hierarchy.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — able to move fluidly between creative exploration and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B industry.

  • Experience with motion design.

  • Familiarity with design systems that bridge physical and digital products.

  • Passion for creating emotionally resonant visual experiences that make advanced technology feel human, elegant, and intuitive.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$145,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level.
