About the Job 

 

Uniphore is seeking a highly strategic and action-oriented VP, Chief of Staff to join team in the Office of the CEO. In this dynamic and high-impact role, you will serve as a critical partner to the CEO and the leadership team, driving execution on key strategic initiatives, enabling operational excellence, and fostering alignment across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting Uniphore’s growth and innovation. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead high-priority projects on behalf of the CEO, including business development initiatives, innovation strategies, and corporate development efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals. 

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and annual priorities, leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. 

  • Market and Industry Insights: Conduct and present market research, competitive intelligence, and trend analyses to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities. 

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and execution of operational processes and programs, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive OKRs, and Board of Directors reporting. 

  • Executive Support: Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare for key meetings and engagements, creating high-impact materials and ensuring effective follow-through on action items. 

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on company-wide initiatives and objectives. 

  • Project Management: Establish and maintain robust project management frameworks to track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of results. 

  • Organizational Enablement: Identify and drive talent development opportunities across the organization, supporting succession planning and leadership development efforts. 

 

About You 

  • Educational Background: BA with 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, strategic planning, or similar analytical roles; MBA preferred. 

  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving impactful decisions through data-driven insights. 

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders. 

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and visualize complex data. 

  • Detail-Oriented and Big-Picture Thinking: Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to synthesize and communicate strategic insights. 

  • Operational Expertise: Experience in driving company-level QBRs, managing OKR processes, and supporting Board-level communications. 

  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. 

  • Technology Industry Experience: Familiarity with strategic and operational planning in technology or SaaS environments, or equivalent management consulting experience. 

  • Action-Oriented: A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a “no task is too big or too small” approach to problem-solving and execution.
