About the team

The Vice President, Corporate Communications is responsible for shaping and executing the company’sglobal communications strategy to enhance brand reputation, drive employee engagement, and supportbusiness objectives. This role oversees all aspects of corporate communications, including mediarelations, executive communications, internal communications, crisis and issues management, andthought leadership.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the VP will lead a high-performing team and collaborateclosely with executive leadership, marketing, HR, legal, and investor relations to ensure consistent andcompelling messaging across all audiences and channels

What you will do

  • Define and lead the global corporate communications strategy aligned with the company’smission, values, and business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on communications matters, including
  • reputation management, media engagement, and crisis response.
  • Lead global media relations efforts, including proactive storytelling, press releases, mediaoutreach, and relationship building with key journalists and outlets.
  • Oversee executive communications, including speechwriting, presentations, and thoughtleadership content for key leaders.
  • Lead internal communication to foster employee engagement, alignment, and culture througheffective messaging and storytelling.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans and serve as a key leader during issuesmanagement and reputational risk scenarios.
  • Partner with Investor Relations and Legal to ensure alignment on financial communications andregulatory disclosures.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, public sentiment, and communication effectiveness toinform strategy and improve outcome
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing communications team, fostering a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and accountability

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a relatedfield.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong background inenterprise-level corporate communications, public relations, or related fields, ideally within B2Btechnology or SaaS environments, including exposure to public or pre-IPO company dynamics.
  • Proven ability to define and lead enterprise-level corporate narrative, positioning, and strategiccommunications aligned to business growth and market priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives and influencing senior stakeholders acrosscomplex, high-growth organizations.
  • Deep expertise in global media relations, reputation management, and proactive storytellingacross multiple audiences and channels.
  • Strong understanding of public company communications, including regulatory considerationsand financial communications alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to buildalignment internally and externally.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performingteams.
  • Analytical and data-informed mindset, with experience measuring communicationseffectiveness and translating insights into action.
