  • Drive executive communications, PR, analyst relations, customer advocacy, and thought leadership.
  • Translate complex AI innovation into compelling business narratives for customers, partners, analysts, and investors.
  • Maintain and grow company visibility through media relations, press coverage, agency relationships and industry awards.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including web, video, social, digital marketing, media and events.

Lead Product Marketing & Go‑to‑Market Strategy

  • Partner with Product to define positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and launch strategies.
  • Build buyer insights, personas, and sales messaging that support acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Articulate clear business outcomes tied to revenue, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Successfully bring new products and capabilities to market by ensuring organizational alignment, readiness, and continuous refinement across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Directly lead our Product Marketing team to enable customer-facing staff with training, case studies, sales and support materials to optimize customer acquisition, retention and growth.

Build a High‑Performing Marketing Organization

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a world‑class marketing team across brand, product marketing, content, creative, and communications.
  • Directly manage Content, Creative and Product Marketing teams, while partnering with Demand Gen and Events team members.
  • Establish scalable processes that support growth while maintaining speed, agility, and innovation.
