As Revi scales toward massive GMV and consumer adoption, Marketing becomes a core growth engine — not just storytelling, but measurable demand creation, brand gravity, and revenue impact.


The VP of Marketing owns Revi’s global marketing strategy, demand generation, brand, and growth narrative. This role is responsible for turning Revi into a category-defining company while building AI-driven systems that scale acquisition, activation, and retention across SMB, Mid-Market, and Consumer.
You will partner directly with the CEO, VP of Consumer, Sales, Product, and AI teams.

What You’ll Do (AI-First Leadership)
Marketing Strategy & Revenue Impact
Own the company-wide marketing strategy tied directly to GMV, pipeline, and consumer growth.
Translate company goals into measurable marketing KPIs and execution plans.
Build predictable demand engines across inbound, outbound, lifecycle, and brand.
AI-Driven Growth Systems
Implement AI-powered attribution, forecasting, content generation, and experimentation systems.
Use AI agents for campaign optimization, audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance analysis.
Build dashboards connecting marketing outputs → revenue outcomes.
Brand & Narrative Leadership
Own Revi’s brand voice, category positioning, and external narrative.
Lead product launches, funding announcements, and major moments (Innovation Night, consumer launches).
Ensure consistency across website, social, lifecycle, and partner marketing.
Team & Org Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing marketing org (Director level and below).
Establish clear ownership, operating cadence, and accountability.
Coach leaders to execute with speed, clarity, and excellence.

What You Bring
10+ years in marketing leadership roles
Experience scaling B2B, B2C, or marketplace businesses
Proven track record tying marketing to revenue outcomes
Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven marketing
Executive presence with hands-on execution ability
