JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic field operations leader to scale performance across a multi-unit franchise collision organization by strengthening execution, elevating customer experience, and developing high-performing teams through franchisee engagement, peer collaboration, and disciplined adoption of brand standards.

The Vice President of Operations will lead field execution across the franchise system—driving system-wide sales and same-store growth, improving KPI performance, and ensuring consistent execution of strategic priorities. This leader will oversee a team of Operations Managers and partner with franchisees, internal peers, and strategic partners to strengthen end-to-end processes, training, and operational discipline that increase unit profitability and retention, with measurable impact such as improving CSI and reducing cycle time.

The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, using insight to diagnose performance gaps, improve business processes, and lead change in a franchise environment. They will set and execute short- and long-term operating strategies, influence franchisee engagement and adoption, align internal peers and field leaders, and drive accountability to deliver operational excellence and store-level profitability.

How you will Own It:

  • Lead and develop Operations Managers to deliver KPI excellence, drive franchisee engagement, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across the network.
  • Drive franchisee adoption of operational best practices that improve customer experience and increase unit-level sales and profitability.
  • Build scalable operating rhythms and processes across franchise locations to improve sales growth, customer service, strategic account performance, and key KPIs.
  • Establish strong feedback loops by seeking input and providing timely coaching to franchisees, field leaders, peers, direct reports, and business partners.

What you’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of multi-unit field operations leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth organization, including leading through influence in a franchise or distributed operating model to drive sales and profit growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based franchisee relationships, influence without authority, and drive adoption of system standards and strategic priorities.
  • Proven track record delivering operational excellence, customer experience, and loss prevention through consistent execution across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive, efficient teams through mentorship, coaching, and feedback.
  • Strong ability to set a clear vision, align stakeholders, and execute from inception through measured results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, including franchisees, C-suite leaders, vendors, field teams, and cross-functional partners.

Applicants for our positions are considered without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, religion, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
