Our mission is to be the global benchmark for trust and transparency in digital media quality.

This is a career-defining opportunity to lead our fastest-growing and highest-priority product area. As the Vice President of Product for CTV, you will be the single-threaded owner responsible for our entire Connected TV strategy across both buy-side and sell-side initiatives, including Publica. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will shape the future of TV advertising. As an AI-first company, we are looking for a visionary leader with deep CTV domain expertise who will challenge the status quo, inspiring teams to leverage AI and solve the industry's biggest challenges. This role has significant investment and visibility at the highest levels of the company, including the board and senior leadership team.

What you'll get to do:
  • Define the Vision: Own and articulate a clear, compelling vision and strategic roadmap for all CTV across both buy-side and sell-side,  along with  Publica-related product initiatives, ensuring they align with our mission to be the benchmark for media quality.

  • Lead, Inspire, & Develop: Manage, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of 6–7 product managers, instilling strong talent development principles and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.

  • Drive Execution & Delivery: Guide your team to deliver against an ambitious roadmap with speed and quality while delivering key milestones across content-transparency measurement, pre-bid controls, and shifting media quality toward measurable business performance.

  • Drive Commercial Success: Partner with Go-To-Market and Product Marketing teams to launch new products, drive successful market adoption, and ensure the commercial success and revenue impact of your product portfolio. Directly link product strategy to revenue growth

  • Strategic Partnerships: Become the internal and external evangelist for our CTV products, building deep relationships and managing complex stakeholder needs across Business Development, M&A, engineering, sales, and key clients & industry partners

  • Innovate & Grow: Conduct market research, opportunity assessments, and competitive analysis to keep IAS at the forefront of the evolving CTV landscape, identifying opportunities for both organic growth and potential acquisitions.

You should apply if you have most of this experience:
  • Deep technical and market knowledge of the CTV ecosystem, including SSAI, header bidding, ad serving, DSPs, and SSPs.

  • 15+ years in Product Management, with a significant portion of your career focused on programmatic, video, and/or CTV advertising products.

  • Demonstrated success building and delivering complex products from strategy through launch—including experience navigating product failures and extracting key learnings to drive future innovation

  • A proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing high-performing product teams, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Exceptional ability to lead through ambiguity, manage trade-offs, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority

  • A strong commercial mindset, with proven experience linking product strategy directly to revenue growth and business outcomes.

  • A passion for innovation and change management, with the ability to inspire teams to leverage new technologies like AI to redefine what's possible.

  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of directly engaging external clients, presenting to executive boards, and inspiring internal engineering teams

  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a passion for building what's next and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get it done.

  • Strong business acumen, with experience in M&A evaluation and complex partner negotiations being a significant plus.
