The VP of Sales will lead and scale global sales teams, develop sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage relationships with C-level executives and partners.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale Webbing global sales teams. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic executive who has successfully built and led enterprise B2B sales teams — selling technology solutions through both direct and indirect sales.
This is a remote executive role, with the position based in either the USA or the UK.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated global sales strategy across direct enterprise sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing global sales teams.
- Drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, strategic partners, distributors, and system integrators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to refine our value proposition and channel programs.
- Establish and continuously improve sales processes, KPIs, and performance management systems.
- Represent Webbing at key industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and leading sales teams generating over $100M ARR.
- Proven success leading sales teams for complex, subscription-based enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience developing and scaling both direct and channel sales.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder sales motions.
- Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead diverse, high-performing teams across multiple regions.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable sales plans and KPI’s.
- Preferred: Experience driving sales across Europe and USA markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
