Job Description

JobTitle : Java Automation Tester
Location : Bay Area, CA
Duration : Contract
Job description ;
• Should be having minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in Test Automation and having hand on with different automation tools – Selenium, Web Services.
• Should have handled data driven, key word driven automations.
• Should be hands on Core Java.
• Assist in on-going process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting is effective and efficient.
• Hands-on with Building Automation Scripts, Debugging, Execution, Results analysis, Defect reporting, etc.
• Work with peer discipline leads in Development, QA
• Experience in BDD Tools like JBehave or Cucumber.
• Experience in Database testing
• Excellent in Oral, written communication.
• Do Code reviews, verify coding standards are being met. Mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to the design & architecture of automation projects. Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices
Added Advantages:
• Airlines / e-commerce Automation testing experience is a plus
• Experience ReSTful/SOAP Webservices & Groovy will be a plus.
• Experience in CI Tools like Jenkins will be a plus.
