Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

If you know how to assess what something is worth, negotiate a good deal, and build strong business relationships, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for a Resale Specialist to join our team in Fresno and help maximize the value of pre-owned technology. You’ll work closely with our Resale and Operations teams to evaluate inventory, determine market pricing, build relationships with wholesale buyers, and move equipment through the right resale channels. You’ll also collaborate with our Account Management, Sales, and Finance teams to provide pricing insights on unique or difficult-to-value equipment and help us make smart decisions about customer opportunities.

You don’t need to come from the IT asset disposition (ITAD) industry. We’re looking for someone with strong commercial instincts who knows how to evaluate pricing, negotiate, build relationships, and make sound decisions in an inventory-driven environment.

Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Fresno facility.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage buyer relationships: Identify and develop relationships with wholesale buyers, understand what they’re looking for, negotiate pricing and terms, and grow repeat business.
  • Evaluate and price inventory: Research market values and buyer demand to determine competitive pricing for a wide range of pre-owned technology.
  • Maximize recovery value: Use market knowledge and sound judgment to determine the best resale opportunities while balancing value, inventory movement, and operational needs.
  • Partner with Operations and Resale: Maintain visibility into available inventory and determine the appropriate resale channel based on equipment type, condition, quantity, and demand.
  • Support customer opportunities: Partner with Account Management and Sales to price unique or non-standard equipment and help evaluate potential recovery value, including opportunities where strong resale value may allow us to reduce or waive pickup or service fees.
  • Manage wholesale transactions: Own transactions from buyer commitment through shipment, coordinating with internal teams and resolving questions or discrepancies along the way.
  • Improve how we work: Identify opportunities to strengthen pricing, buyer management, inventory movement, and other Resale processes as the business grows.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4+ years of relevant experience in buying, purchasing, procurement, wholesale, resale, account management, business development, or another related commercial role
  • Experience negotiating pricing, terms, or other commercial agreements
  • Strong judgment and comfort making pricing recommendations based on market information
  • Ability to build and maintain strong external business relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple relationships, transactions, and priorities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and solving day-to-day problems with limited guidance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, inventory-driven environment
Your Background Could Look Different From Ours

You may have worked in purchasing, procurement, wholesale, resale, automotive, electronics, equipment, distribution, or another inventory-driven business. We’re more interested in your ability to evaluate pricing, negotiate, build relationships, and make sound commercial decisions than whether you’ve worked in ITAD before.

Bonus Points
  • Experience buying or selling pre-owned electronics, technology, vehicles, equipment, or other physical inventory
  • Experience in IT asset disposition (ITAD), recommerce, electronics resale, or another secondary-market environment
  • Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, CRM, or wholesale trading platforms
  • Existing relationships with wholesale technology or electronics buyers

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a good match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. Revivn does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

The base salary for a Resale Specialist is expected to be $75,000, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $80,000 and $85,000 per year, including performance-based bonuses or commissions. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
