The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Workday integrations in production, navigates Workday’s tenant model and security framework with confidence, and writes well-structured Studio integrations that are easy to maintain. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of Workday integration development experience.
- Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
- Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Pro Integrations certification.
- Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.
- Familiarity with Workday Extend.
- Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
- Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce).
