Represent injured workers throughout California workers’ compensation claims, including client interviews, documentation, settlement negotiations, hearings, and coordination with medical professionals and other stakeholders. The role requires advocacy for applicants, legal strategy, and compassionate client service. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree, maintain active California State Bar membership, and preferably have 1–2 years of workers’ compensation applicant representation experience.

The Windsor Troy Law LLP, is seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims.
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred
- Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills
Salary: $80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
