About the RoleYou will play a key role in developing Skydio’s next-generation workplace — translating a bold, engineering- and customer-first vision into a physical environment that accelerates how we build and deploy flying robots.
This role is responsible for turning workplace strategy and design direction into clearly scoped, well-managed, and successfully delivered projects. Reporting into the Head of Workplace Experience, you will help drive execution of facilities related projects end-to-end — from early requirement scope through build-out and delivery.

You will be program manage the build-out of a deeply technical, highly flexible workplace designed for hardcore engineering and real-world customer impact
Help create an environment that is dynamic and reconfigurable — where teams, hardware, and testing setups can rapidly evolve alongside our products
Ensure the space visibly reflects our values and culture through thoughtful moments found throughout the office
Translate technical needs into physical environments
Work directly with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to understand requirements for labs, testing environments, and infrastructure
Convert those needs into actionable scopes, layouts, and project plans
Partner with architects, contractors, and vendors to build environments that support the teams needs
Program manage complex, multi-disciplinary build-outs
Own project planning, scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams
Coordinate across internal stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, IT, leadership) and external partners
Drive projects from concept through completion with a high bar for quality, speed, and cost discipline
Create a customer-obsessed environment
Help incorporate real-world customer environments into the workplace (e.g., testing scenarios, training environments, simulation spaces)
Ensure the workplace continuously reinforces the impact of our products and the customers we serve
Support spaces for customer demos, training, and immersive experiences that showcase Skydio’s technology end-to-end
Deliver with rigor and attention to detail
Build and manage detailed scopes of work, budgets, and timelines
Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Maintain a high operational bar across vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders

Compensation:
At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,00 - $150,000*. Fundamentally, we believe that equity is the key to long-term financial growth, and we ensure all regular, full-time employees have the opportunity to significantly benefit from the company's success. Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s group health insurance plans. Regular, full-time employees are eligible to receive the following benefits: Paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay and 401K savings plan.
