This engineer will establish reliable deployment workflows, tracing, monitoring, IAM controls, backup strategies, failover capabilities, and self-service engineering practices while scaling the platform to high availability and significant user growth.

Leads Vibecoderz’s data strategy, architecture, and analytics foundation. Own the company’s growth engine across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, monetization, and lifecycle marketing. Lead paid campaigns, SEO/ASO, referral programs, pricing experiments, A/B testing, analytics, and funnel optimization. Partner with executive and product leaders on growth initiatives, build dashboards and event taxonomies, and mentor a team of growth specialists. Lead Vibecoderz’s security and compliance program across architecture, application security, cloud infrastructure, AI/LLM security, privacy, monitoring, and incident response. Own SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, and relevant HIPAA readiness; secure GCP systems, implement CI/CD controls, develop AI guardrails, establish security operations playbooks, and mentor engineering teams. The role also includes designing security architecture, conducting red-team exercises, and delivering a secure FastAPI service with OAuth2, rate limiting, logging, and Cloud Run deployment.

Own the backend platform powering Vibecoderz, designing FastAPI microservices, Firestore schemas, Neo4j integrations, asynchronous workflows, secure APIs, and scalable Cloud Run deployments. Integrate Stripe and SendGrid, build CI/CD and automated tests, implement observability, and optimize services for 100K+ concurrent learners with sub-100ms latency. Collaborate with frontend, AI, DevOps, and product teams on system contracts, architecture, reliability, and performance.

Design and maintain prompt libraries, chaining strategies, tool schemas, guardrails, RAG integrations, and evaluation pipelines for multi-agent tutoring systems.
