Coordinate engineering, data center operations, supply chain, vendors, security, networking, and customer teams while managing risks, dependencies, schedules, governance, executive communications, and continuous process improvements.

Provides high-level administrative support to two supply chain executives by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expenses, correspondence, meetings, briefing materials, organizational documents, and confidential information. The role coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and executive stakeholders; supports onboarding and special projects; and proactively resolves scheduling and operational issues across fast-moving organizations.

Coordinates hospitality experiences, sports partnership tracking, reporting, and event execution. Responsibilities include managing VIP guest lists, credentials, travel logistics, budgets, vendors, timelines, activation deliverables, and leadership reporting. The role supports conferences, client events, employee engagements, and community activations, while collaborating cross-functionally with agencies, communications, and internal stakeholders. It requires evening and weekend flexibility, domestic and occasional international travel, and strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.

Leads People Relations and Business Enablement across multiple business units and geographies. Advises executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, employee relations, investigations, performance management, organizational change, and people risk. Oversees HR business partnering teams, employee lifecycle programs, leadership development, employee experience, compliance, and people-related acquisition and integration activities. Supports geographically dispersed technology, infrastructure, and industrial workforces.

Lead enterprise customers in designing, deploying, benchmarking, and optimizing large-scale AI training and inference infrastructure. Create reference architectures for GPU clusters, high-speed networking, distributed storage, and Kubernetes multi-tenancy. Conduct proof-of-concepts and performance testing, optimize distributed workloads, lead technical workshops, resolve production bottlenecks, and translate customer feedback into platform requirements.

Manage IREN’s social media presence and technical online community across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, publishing and moderating content, engaging technical audiences, supporting launches and events, translating complex AI infrastructure updates, nurturing advocates, monitoring sentiment and analytics, and providing insights to improve marketing, product positioning, and customer experience.

Leads enterprise governance, risk, and compliance programs, including risk assessments, mitigation monitoring, policy development, third-party risk management, and audit readiness. Owns the FedRAMP authorization process from strategy through implementation, coordinating with 3PAOs, consultants, and government stakeholders. Maintains frameworks aligned with FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST, and related regulations while improving GRC processes and automation.

Own global WAN, fiber, ISP, and carrier connectivity delivery for AI/HPC infrastructure sites. Drive bandwidth provisioning, carrier escalations, fiber installations, route diversity, failover testing, capacity planning, resiliency, and operational readiness. Coordinate with engineering, deployment, procurement, site operations, colocation providers, and telecommunications vendors to deliver connectivity on schedule. Establish deployment tracking, reporting, governance, and escalation processes while mitigating infrastructure and service risks across global data center deployments.

Own Azure and Microsoft 365 platform architecture, landing zones, governance, DevOps standards, reliability, security, and compliance automation. Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, establish infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices, define monitoring and SRE standards, manage escalations and technical debt, and communicate platform risks and decisions to executives and stakeholders. The role also manages vendor relationships and supports audit readiness for SOX and ISO 27001.

Leads integrated capacity and S&OP planning for AI Cloud data centers, connecting customer demand, hardware supply, supplier commitments, site capacity, deployment schedules, and capital planning. Oversees procurement operations, PR-to-PO and CLM processes, vendor risk governance, supplier onboarding, cost optimization, systems improvement, KPI reporting, and executive business reviews. Builds and leads a global team while partnering across operations, engineering, sourcing, commercial, and finance.

Serve as the operational partner to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Development Officer. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, communications, records, invoices, vendor tracking, credit cards, and team logistics. Coordinate across global time zones and support Product and Development business operations through proactive prioritization, discretion, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Drives revenue growth for GPU cloud computing and colocation services by developing sales strategies, managing the pipeline, acquiring and retaining strategic customers, and reporting performance to executives. Analyzes market trends, presents growth opportunities, collaborates cross-functionally, manages sales activity budgets, and represents the company at industry events and conferences. The role also supports investor communications, business research, and corporate reporting.

Owns strategic enterprise customer relationships for AI and HPC infrastructure services. The role translates infrastructure, utilization, and performance analytics into business insights, leads executive reviews and QBRs, manages escalations and incidents, oversees service governance, and advises on scaling and optimization. It partners with operations, engineering, product, sales, and solutions architecture teams to drive onboarding, retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.

Serves as legal partner to AI infrastructure supply chain leadership. Drafts and negotiates GPU, compute hardware, equipment supply, software, cloud, SaaS, logistics, and freight contracts. Advises on supply-chain risk allocation, warranties, delays, liability, indemnities, intellectual property, payment security, and termination rights. Provides guidance on export controls, sanctions, tariffs, and customs matters; develops procurement templates and playbooks; and manages vendor disputes and escalations.

Lead co-marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market programs with NVIDIA, AMD, Dell, and other technology partners. Manage MDF proposals, budgets, certifications, portals, co-branded content, partner events, business reviews, and performance reporting. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Brand, and Events teams to align partner activity with commercial priorities, track pipeline influence and event ROI, and maintain regional and global partner relationships.

Own end-to-end technical recruiting for IREN’s expanding Cloud Services organization. Source, assess, and close cloud infrastructure, platform, solutions, and technical go-to-market talent; advise leaders on market conditions, compensation, sourcing, and offers; build talent pools and scalable recruiting processes; maintain ATS compliance and reporting; and represent the employer brand in technical communities.

Lead IREN’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, mobility, incentives, and pay transparency. Advise executives and the Compensation Committee, oversee governance and compliance across jurisdictions, manage budgets and workforce investment analysis, support acquisitions and international expansion, and build a high-performing global Total Rewards team.
