Owns the master data strategy, governance, quality standards, source-of-truth definitions, and integration architecture for an AI infrastructure supply chain. The role manages material, supplier, customer, asset, site, project, and financial master data across ERP, PLM, procurement, quality, inventory, finance, and project-control systems. Responsibilities include defining stewardship and approval workflows, monitoring data-quality KPIs, resolving cross-functional conflicts, supporting data migrations and integrations, and reporting master data health to leadership.

Build and operate supply chain data pipelines, models, integrations, quality controls, and dashboards supporting procurement, inventory, logistics, suppliers, and project analytics. Designs and leads supply chain data architecture, ELT/ETL pipelines, integrations, dimensional models, data-quality controls, governance, and analytics enablement. The role supports ERP, procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier, and project data while establishing engineering standards and trusted datasets. Responsibilities include dashboards, forecasting foundations, supplier analytics, system implementations, security models, and productionizing data science solutions across capital-intensive AI infrastructure and data center operations.

Supports AI Cloud commercial operations and go-to-market execution, including customer engagement, opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, pricing, deal structuring, contract governance, pipeline management, forecasting, and executive reporting. Coordinates with engineering, operations, product, legal, finance, and project delivery teams to translate technical requirements into commercial outcomes and develop customer relationships and market intelligence.

Leads commercial operations and go-to-market execution for AI Cloud services. Responsibilities include evaluating customer opportunities, developing financial models and pricing analyses, supporting deal structuring and contract governance, managing pipeline and forecasting processes, building customer and partner relationships, and preparing executive and board-level materials. The role coordinates closely with engineering, operations, product, legal, finance, and project delivery teams to align technical requirements with commercial outcomes.

Leads commercial operations and go-to-market execution for AI Cloud services. Responsibilities include evaluating customer opportunities, developing financial models and pricing analyses, structuring deals, managing contracts and pipelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, building customer and partner relationships, and presenting AI strategy, performance, risks, and recommendations to executive and board-level audiences.

Owns PLM strategy and execution for AI infrastructure hardware, including platform selection, implementation, BOM governance, part and product master data, engineering changes, and configuration control. Leads PLM coordinators and partners with engineering, quality, sourcing, operations, IT, and finance to establish a controlled product-data source of truth. The role also governs standards, integrations, training, KPIs, supplier change notifications, and continuous improvement across the hardware lifecycle.

Owns product and manufacturing quality strategy for rack-scale AI and GPU/HPC systems from new product introduction through volume production. Defines test methods, quality standards, KPIs, and acceptance criteria; leads failure analysis, corrective actions, reliability, yield, and continuous improvement. Partners with engineering, suppliers, and OEM/ODM/JDM manufacturers to resolve system-level hardware issues, manage changes and BOMs, conduct inspections, and ensure cost, cycle-time, quality, and delivery targets. Frequent travel to manufacturing, supplier, integration, and data center sites is required.

Owns part master data and multi-level BOM structures for AI compute clusters throughout the product lifecycle. Maintains item records, revisions, effectivity, ECOs, ECNs, PCNs, service BOMs, and FRU/CRU structures in PLM systems. Partners with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, OEMs, ODMs, and suppliers to validate data, support NPI, manage changes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure PLM-to-ERP alignment. Also audits data quality, improves standards and workflows, trains users, and mentors PLM coordinators.

Own supplier quality for liquid cooling and power hardware used in AI data centers. Responsibilities include qualifying suppliers, conducting audits and inspections, defining testing and acceptance standards, managing supplier corrective actions, leading root-cause investigations, improving process capability, maintaining PLM documentation, and tracking quality KPIs from NPI through volume production. The role collaborates with engineering, sourcing, supply chain, operations, and suppliers, and requires domestic and international travel.

Owns manufacturing and product quality for network racks and interconnect hardware from NPI through volume production. Develops scalable integration and testing processes, establishes acceptance criteria and quality KPIs, leads troubleshooting of link and fabric failures, and drives root-cause corrective actions with engineering, supply chain, data center, and OEM/ODM/JDM partners. The role also manages inspections, production documentation, BOMs, engineering changes, supplier governance, and continuous improvement to achieve quality, yield, cost, and delivery targets.

Leads global PLM/PDM/QMS implementation programs, including requirements, tool selection, BOM and item structures, integrations, data migration, testing, documentation, training, and post-launch support. Manages scope, budget, schedule, vendors, implementation partners, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, and adoption metrics. The role supports supply chain and ERP capabilities for hyperscale data center infrastructure across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and asset management.

Lead cross-functional supply chain analytics and AI initiatives, including forecasting, supplier-risk modeling, should-cost analysis, dashboards, optimization scenarios, and LLM-powered workflow tools. Translate procurement, planning, finance, and capital-project needs into actionable analytical solutions, partner with data engineering on governed datasets and deployment, and manage implementations across stakeholders. The role requires strong supply chain knowledge, applied AI experience, BI proficiency, predictive modeling expertise, and willingness to travel to supplier and operational sites.

Leads market intelligence, supply chain risk, and cost-management frameworks for HPC hardware. Analyzes pricing, capacity, lead times, supplier exposure, tariffs, and trade policies; develops risk mitigation and disruption-response plans; builds should-cost and total-cost-of-ownership models; supports sourcing negotiations; and delivers executive and board-level reporting. Partners with sourcing, procurement, finance, legal, operations, data engineering, and systems teams to improve supply chain decisions.

Owns the supplier performance and supply chain governance framework for AI infrastructure. Designs supplier scorecards, business reviews, quality audits, governance metrics, process documentation, and reporting cadences. Partners with sourcing, procurement, planning, quality, finance, analytics, data engineering, and suppliers to monitor performance, manage risks, close corrective actions, and improve processes. Builds dashboards and tools, trains stakeholders, and supports supplier risk assessments. The role requires extensive supply chain experience and domestic and international travel.

Supports the Commercial Director through complex calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, correspondence, expenses, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Plans and executes corporate events, hackathons, dinners, roundtables, and networking programs, coordinating vendors, guest lists, RSVPs, and follow-ups. Provides office management for the San Francisco office and handles operational tasks that support commercial activities. Requires discretion, strong organization, adaptability, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

The Associate Director of Corporate Development will lead AI strategy, M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and commercial initiatives. Responsibilities include evaluating build, partner, invest, and acquisition opportunities; conducting financial modeling, valuation, and diligence; managing strategic relationships; developing AI market perspectives; supporting go-to-market strategy; and presenting recommendations to executives and the board. Leads the manufacturing engineering organization and establishes DfMA standards for modular data center construction. Oversees multidisciplinary electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams; governs module interfaces, BOMs, BIM-to-fabrication workflows, digital twins, and virtual build validation. Determines factory-tested versus field-built assemblies, drives quality and performance metrics, and partners with project management, fabrication, construction, and commissioning teams to improve scalable, cost-effective delivery.

Leads IREN’s industrialized modular construction project management organization across global data center projects. Oversees technical project management, project controls, supplier qualification, logistics, capacity planning, cost and schedule performance, and executive reporting. Builds teams and governance standards while coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, finance, and manufacturing partners. Ensures modules are qualified, delivered on schedule and budget, and ready for installation, while scaling the supplier network and improving portfolio delivery efficiency.
