Design, deploy, and optimize large-scale New Relic observability solutions. Integrate observability into CI/CD and platform engineering workflows, automate deployments with IaC and scripting, lead technical workshops, troubleshoot complex ingestion/performance issues, and deliver documentation and training to enable customer teams and partners.

Lead design and upkeep of a global value-selling framework and end-to-end sales process. Create sales content, tools, and training; partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps; deliver and adapt programs globally; coach sellers and frontline managers on discovery, business-case development, deal inspection, and process adherence; ensure CRM alignment and consistent execution across regions.

Lead global Revenue Operations combining GTM planning, process, and systems. Own GTM architecture, territory and quota design, capacity and comp modeling. Drive GTM tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, Anaplan, Xactly), revenue automation, data governance, and forecasting cadence. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data to align strategy, automate CRM workflows, and measure outcomes. Hire and develop a cross-functional planning and systems team.
