Six-month administrative role supporting the Quantitative Biosciences Institute. Responsibilities include booking rooms and travel, processing reimbursements and vendor payments, creating purchase orders, managing the internal events calendar, coordinating event logistics and guest lists, communicating with clients, and contributing to long-range event planning.

Provide high-level administrative and analytical support to the Gynecologic Oncology division, managing complex faculty calendars, coordinating recruitment/onboarding, maintaining SOPs, supporting grants and research documents, overseeing budgets/expenses, organizing events and meetings, and serving as liaison to faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure operational efficiency.

Coordinate end-to-end new hire onboarding in BrassRing and HRIS, provide Tier 1 HR support for employees and managers, manage new hire paperwork and DocuSign, launch integration packages, process employment actions and transfers, interpret policies and work experience calculations, and support special projects.

Provide on-site administrative and operational support for the ICAP Division: manage scheduling, referrals, visitor triage, phone/voicemail, supplies, office layout, first-line IT and facilities requests, data reporting from EHR and spreadsheets, meeting and event coordination, billing/reimbursements, and maintain secure filing and SOPs to support clinicians and division leadership.

Perform and report clinical laboratory tests across multiple disciplines using manual and automated methods. Provide clinical and administrative support in an ambulatory practice: rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting providers with exams and procedures, managing patient flow, scheduling, insurance verification and authorizations, pharmacy refills, referral coordination, supply maintenance, and communication with referring providers.

Coordinate and manage multiple clinical research studies for movement disorders: recruit/enroll participants, obtain consent, schedule and conduct visits, collect/process specimens and data, maintain databases and regulatory documents, ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, support QA and audits, and assist training and supervision of research staff.

Supervise and manage ultrasound and other radiology technologists across multiple hospital sites, ensuring productivity, quality, regulatory compliance, staff training, performance evaluation, scheduling, and operational improvements for radiology services.

Under supervision of licensed therapists and supervisors, the Rehab Aide supports patient care in PT/OT/SLP clinics by monitoring patient flow, assisting with evaluations and treatments, maintaining equipment and treatment areas, performing clerical and reception duties, and participating in departmental quality and training activities.
