We're looking for an Account Executive to join our expanding team in Atlanta! About The Role

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com's solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI

  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution

  • Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on monday.com

  • Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience in the project management and work collaboration space preferred

  • Experience owning a book of business, with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities is preferred

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Track record of success and overachievement

  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach

  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Collaborative, high-energy teammate

  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus

  • BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our Atlanta office.

The compensation for this role is structured as approximately 60% base salary and 40% variable on-target earnings (OTE). The base salary range for this position is: $88,200-$126,000, with OTE potential of $147,00-$210,000. OTE earnings are tied to individual performance pursuant to company policy. In addition, this role is eligible for accelerators and may also include equity in the form of RSUs. monday.com offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, generous paid time off (vacation, holidays, personal leave and sick leave), fully paid parental leave, automatic 401(k) contributions, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount (ESPP), and more.
