About the Role

LiveX AI, a physical AI and human-interface platform, is hiring two Account Executives to run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, selling both the AI agent software platform and physical hardware (holograms and kiosks). Targets enterprise buyers in retail, hospitality, convention centers, and travel, expanding LiveX's physical footprint in high-traffic venues.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to close.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities in retail, hospitality, convention centers, and travel.

  • Drive deployment of holograms and kiosks into high-traffic locations: flagship stores, hotel lobbies, convention halls, airports.

  • Deliver tailored demos of both the software platform and the physical AI products.

  • Engage VP-level and C-suite stakeholders in Operations, Guest Experience, Innovation, and Technology.

  • Work with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to move deals forward.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handoffs after close.

  • Forecast accurately and keep CRM data clean in Salesforce.

  • Represent LiveX at industry events and in-person customer meetings.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of quota attainment.

  • Experience selling both software and hardware, including multi-stakeholder deals with technical and physical components.

  • Proven ability to navigate large enterprise organizations, map buying committees, and drive consensus to close.

  • Closed complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals with ACVs of $50K–$500K+.

  • Strong communication, discovery, and executive presence.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and CRM discipline.

  • Startup experience strongly preferred; comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

  • Experience selling into retail, hospitality, travel, or events/conventions strongly preferred; existing network in these verticals is a significant advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
  • OTE $200,000–$300,000 (base plus uncapped commission).

  • Equity participation; health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Direct access to leadership and influence over sales strategy.

  • New AEs begin with a 3-month review period, after which both sides decide on long-term fit.
