Who we are

At Domino, we build solutions that help the largest, highly regulated organizations adopt AI to accelerate mission-critical use cases. Our platform integrates a streamlined model and app development environment, advanced model, agent, and app hosting  capabilities, and novel governance capabilities providing regulator-ready AI at scale. Our customers — like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bristol Myers, UBS, FINRA and the US Navy — are using our software to solve some of the most important challenges in the world, such as developing new medicines, securing our financial markets, or protecting our country. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, NVIDIA, Snowflake and other leading investors, we have been in business for over a decade but are still a small team operating with the spirit of a startup. In the world of AI today, we believe that the future is still being invented — and we want to be the ones building it. For more information, visit www.domino.ai

What we are building

Domino Data Lab is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with some of our most strategic enterprise customers.

You will own a focused portfolio of large, complex customers, with responsibility for the long-term health, retention, and growth of each account. That means understanding how customers are using Domino today, where we can deliver additional value, and how to expand our presence across business units, use cases, and executive stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner of the customer's business. You should be comfortable building executive relationships, engaging directly with technical practitioners, developing multi-year account strategies, and working across Domino to ensure we deliver on our commitments.

This role requires a balance of technical curiosity, strategic thinking, commercial execution, and customer advocacy. We expect our Account Managers to bring their own judgment and experience while maintaining the discipline required to consistently grow and retain our most important customers.

What your impact will be

  • Own the commercial performance, retention, and expansion of a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
  • Develop multi-year account plans that connect customer priorities, adoption, renewal strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build strong relationships across technical, business, and executive leadership, establishing multiple champions and sponsors within each account.
  • Engage directly with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and technical practitioners to understand their workflows, challenges, and opportunities where Domino can deliver additional value.
  • Understand how customers are using Domino, where they are realizing value, and what is required to expand adoption across the enterprise.
  • Proactively identify and develop expansion opportunities across new business units, use cases, and stakeholders.
  • Own renewal strategy and commercial negotiations, balancing customer outcomes with long-term account growth.
  • Lead complex expansion opportunities from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Deal Desk to coordinate customer engagement and execution.
  • Maintain clear account plans, qualified pipeline, accurate forecasts, and visibility into risks and opportunities across your portfolio.
  • Serve as the commercial point of accountability for your customers, ensuring Domino operates as a coordinated, strategic partner.

What we look for in this role

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions, including ownership and growth of existing customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success retaining and expanding large enterprise customers, including closing seven-figure software transactions.
  • A track record of building multi-year account strategies and creating expansion opportunities rather than relying on existing demand.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations, developing executive relationships, and expanding across multiple business units.
  • Technical fluency and curiosity, with the ability to engage credibly with data scientists, engineers, and technical stakeholders, ask informed questions, and understand how technology fits into their workflows. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable going beyond a high-level product conversation.
  • Strong commercial judgment and experience leading enterprise renewals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities.
  • The ability to understand customer adoption, business priorities, and outcomes and translate them into opportunities for growth.
  • A disciplined approach to account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and execute account strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating with both autonomy and accountability.
  • Experience with data, analytics, AI, infrastructure, cloud, or other technically complex enterprise platforms is valuable.
  • Experience selling into highly regulated industries, including Life Sciences and Financial Services, is a plus.
