What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on financial software routines within growing organizations. Understanding how finance and sales teams actually use QuickBooks helps us identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Your practical experience will guide our understanding of real-world accounting workflows at scale.

How It Works

You will participate in a remote video interview to walk us through your typical daily and weekly accounting tasks. We will ask you to describe how you handle specific revenue reporting and data entry flows. You will react to common software scenarios and explain your current workarounds or preferred methods. Be prepared to discuss your direct experience with specific QuickBooks modules and integrations.

Who This Is For

This research is designed for accounting, finance, and revenue professionals who actively use QuickBooks in their day-to-day roles. We welcome staff accountants, finance managers, sales operations specialists, and corporate controllers. Candidates should have direct experience managing financial workflows at mid-sized companies.

What You'll Do
  • Walk us through your daily QuickBooks workflows and data entry habits

  • Describe how you handle revenue reporting or specific accounting tasks

  • Explain the pain points and bottlenecks in your current software setup
