Responsibilities
• Support daily accounting operations, including AP/AR and expense tracking
• Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, and reimbursement reviews
• Help reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Engineering)
• Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
• Participate in process improvements and system implementation (e.g., ERP, expense systems)


Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Interest in technology or startup environment is a plus

Salary Range: $35 - $45 / hour
