The Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative serves as a key liaison between Lithia & Driveway and our customers, delivering exceptional service to parts and service accounts while managing a high-volume AR portfolio, driving timely collections, and resolving billing inquiries.

This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role supporting a high-volume customer base, requiring strong communication, efficiency, and the ability to resolve issues with minimal back-and-forth.

Location: Remote (prior remote work experience required)

Compensation Range: $16.85-24.05, with a typical starting at $21.00. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume AR portfolio across a large customer base
  • Communicate with customers through 100+ emails per day and a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily
  • Drive timely payment collection while maintaining a strong customer experience
  • Handle inbound AR-related calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Analyze customer communications and proactively address key issues to reduce repeat contact and back-and-forth
  • Research and resolve service and parts billing discrepancies
  • Interpret and communicate third-party data exchanges clearly and effectively to customers
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates (including Excel-based tracking)
  • Partner with internal teams and utilize tools such as SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows
  • Respond to both internal and external inquiries within established service-level timelines

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a high-volume communication environment (verbal & written)
  • Prior remote work experience required
  • Ability to quickly identify key information and drive efficient resolution
  • Working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization
  • Customer service, collections, or AR experience strongly preferred
