As Ad Ops Team Lead on Lyft Ads you will play a critical role in supporting our internal sales team to achieve its goals. You will be a player/coach providing cross-functional support for all post-sales activities and management and optimization of advertisement campaigns. You will develop, evaluate, and improve processes and tools in order to improve day-to-day operations and efficiencies for our sales team. We are looking for individuals who love solving interesting problems, are highly adaptable, and care deeply about customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead team daily workflows and priorities
  • Coach and develop AdOps managers on the team
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales team to set up and launch advertising campaigns on the Lyft platform
  • Implement ad tags, tracking pixels, and other tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate campaign measurement
  • Partner with the Account Management Team Leads to implement campaign changes to increase the performance of advertising campaigns, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copy, and targeting parameters to enhance campaign performance
  • Ensure all ad creatives are displayed correctly and consistently across various devices and platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad delivery and performance
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to advertisers and internal teams
  • Utilize data to develop performance insights and recommendations for campaign improvements
  • Collaborate closely with Lyft Ads sales and account management teams to understand advertiser objectives and deliver on campaign goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Lyft's platform updates to incorporate best practices into campaigns
  • Ensure that all advertisements adhere to industry regulations and Lyft Media's advertising policies
  • Stay informed about changes in advertising regulations and update processes accordingly
Experience:
  • BA/BS degree and 6+ years of digital advertising sales operations or campaign management experience required.  3+ years of leadership experience
  • Proficiency in ad management platforms, including programmatic advertising tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Must have high attention to detail, possess an ability to multitask and work well under pressure, be a critical and strategic thinker, and be self-motivated and proactive
  • Must demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of technology and have strong analytical skills and a deep interest in data-driven solutions to provide the best recommendations for our sales teams and clients
  • Must demonstrate proficiency with Google Sheets and complimentary tools as needed for the creation of ad pacing trackers and internal workbooks
  • Must demonstrate hands on experience and proficiency with ad serving solutions and programmatic platforms (DSP/SSP) to ensure accurate campaign set-up, delivery and reporting
  • Must be comfortable leading projects with limited direction or oversight

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $118,000 - $147,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering or benefits.
