This role is a unique opportunity for a Senior Administrative Business Partner to join our team in South San Francisco and interact with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows. You will play a significant role in team strategy, proactively streamline administrative processes, and handle a wide range of problems with autonomy to contribute to our operational goals.

The Opportunity
  • You independently manage complex administrative functions, including high-level scheduling, project coordination, and event planning for larger teams or multiple projects.

  • You display advanced knowledge of financial management processes, managing purchase order creation, invoice processing, and accruals with minimal guidance.

  • You interact with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and key clients, managing relationships to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

  • You play a significant role in team strategy by proactively identifying areas for improvement and streamlining administrative processes and workflows.

  • You independently handle a range of problems and offer solutions to optimize efficiency across higher-complexity tasks.

  • You apply a strong understanding of organizational tools, systems, and procedures, utilizing advanced technical software and office management tools.

  • You take ownership of projects and initiatives, seeing them through to completion with minimal supervision.

Who you are
  • You have proven experience independently managing complex administrative functions, including high-level scheduling, event planning, and project coordination.

  • You bring experience interacting with and managing relationships across both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and key clients.

  • You demonstrate advanced proficiency in technical software and office management tools, with a strong understanding of organizational tools, systems, and procedures.

  • You possess advanced knowledge of financial management processes, including managing purchase order creation, invoice processing, and accruals.

  • You exhibit strong problem-solving skills, significant attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle a range of issues to optimize efficiency.

Preferred

  • You have experience using project management software.

  • You bring a proactive mindset for identifying areas to streamline administrative processes and workflows.

  • You have a track record of taking ownership of projects or initiatives and seeing them through to completion with minimal supervision.

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is 75 100,00 - 139 500,00 USD Annual.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
