About the Role

We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale a $40–50M affiliate program that is core to our growth engine. This role is the DRI for affiliate strategy, budget allocation, and publisher partnerships, with direct accountability to CAC efficiency and company growth metrics. You’ll operate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, MarTech, and Compliance to build a scalable, compliant, and performance-driven affiliate ecosystem.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with meaningful budget exposure, strong cross-functional visibility, and direct connection to CAC and acquisition performance.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $105,000 and up to $145,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to:
  • Manage and optimize a $40–50M affiliate budget in alignment with quarterly growth targets, including pacing, performance monitoring, and tactical spend reallocations
  • Execute affiliate strategy in partnership with Growth leadership, translating goals into day-to-day channel plans
  • Support negotiations and ongoing relationships with deal, loyalty, marketplace, comparison, and content publishers
  • Manage the affiliate agency and oversee program execution on the Impact platform
  • Partner with MarTech and Analytics teams to improve reporting, attribution, and data quality
  • Work with Compliance to support publisher content reviews and help streamline approval workflows
  • Conduct cohort-based performance analysis and collaborate with CRO/Web teams on landing page and conversion improvements
  • Support SEO/AEO initiatives through affiliate content partnerships
To thrive in this role, you have:
  • 5+ years of experience managing affiliate or performance marketing programs, with hands-on Impact platform experience
Strong understanding of publisher models (cashback, coupon, comparison, content) and performance-based optimization levers
  • Analytical proficiency, including cohort analysis, CAC evaluation, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, MarTech, Analytics, and external agencies
  • Comfort operating within compliance-heavy or regulated environments (fintech, finance, healthcare preferred)
