Agility Associate - Digital Product Portfolio Management Scrum & Kanban Practices
You will be strong communicator who can translate technical details into business language, manage multiple priorities, and provide hands-on support to help teams deliver effectively.
Job responsibilities
- Guide and support teams through the product development lifecycle by applying agile principles and practices to enable timely delivery and continuous improvement, including prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and maintaining open communication channels to influence achievement of project goals and departmental objectives
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to improve agility ceremonies and delivery execution (e.g., synthesizing inputs into action items and drafting artifacts), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
- Facilitate group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to foster a positive and inclusive environment for all team members
- Provide training and mentorship to team members and share your expertise in agile approaches and development best practices
- Collaborate with more experienced professionals and managers to review work products and ensure alignment with established policies and operating standards
- Promotes reuse-first practices for AI-assisted documentation and continuous improvement routines, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
- Support Technology, Product, and Operations teams in applying Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews, as needed. Partner with teams to identify delivery blockers, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Use Jira and Jira queries to track work, monitor team progress, analyze delivery metrics, and produce meaningful reporting. Analyze team data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement, then translate findings into clear action items. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate delivery health, risks, progress, and recommendations. Support release management activities, including planning, coordination, readiness tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
- Translate technical information into clear business language for stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional partners. Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technology Leads, Operations partners, and business stakeholders to support execution and alignment. Use Excel, pivot tables, and analytical tools to organize data, identify insights, and support decision-making.
- Manage multiple priorities across teams while providing timely support and maintaining strong attention to detail. Encourage continuous improvement by helping teams adopt practical, measurable, and sustainable ways of working.
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in relevant domain with a focus on agile methodologies and practices and familiarity with multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
- Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support agile delivery workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted summaries and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Developing ability to facilitate group discussions and decision-making processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and effectively communicate with team members to achieve product goals and departmental objectives
- 4+ years of experience in an Agile, delivery, technology, product, operations, or project/program support role. Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Proficiency in Jira, including creating and running queries, tracking work, and analyzing team metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, interpret data, and recommend action plans. Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business-friendly language.
- Experience supporting release planning, coordination, tracking, and communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and support multiple teams or priorities. Ability to work collaboratively across Technology, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders.
- Experience creating Agile metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, lead time, aging work items, defects, risks, and dependencies.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience working in a large enterprise or financial services environment is a plus.
