Augrade is an AI Native platform Accelerating construction workflows to help Owners, Real estate developers & GCs, predict project risk, prevent delays & protect their margins across every stage of the project, from concept to completion & beyond.

We’ve been around for 3 yrs but started active projects in the last 11 months, have since then completed 120+ projects worth $5.8B across 5 countries with a small highly technical team of 32 people. We have 2 main offices in SF & Blr with 2 more opening soon in Dubai & Saudi Arabia.

If you're interested in joining an early stage AI startup building foundational models, geometric and physics engines from scratch to transform how the world designs and builds infrastructure, with real autonomy and the resources to solve hard problems, apply or reach out to us today.

About the Role

We're building Augrade's 4D scheduling feature — combining 3D modeling with time/planning data, powered by AI. We're looking for someone who has actually run construction projects end-to-end and managed the people who run them, and who is ready to bring that judgment into how we build an AI-powered scheduling product.

What You'll Do
  • Help design and build Augrade's 4D scheduling capability, grounded in how real construction projects are actually planned and executed

  • Bring hands-on construction management judgment to product and engineering decisions

  • Read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings as part of daily work

  • Work in person with the team roughly one week per month

  • Partner with our engineering team on the technical/AI side — you don't need to code or whiteboard yourself

What We're Looking For
  • Construction background spanning both planning and execution — not planning alone

  • Extensive, hands-on project management experience — this is a PM role, not an engineering role

  • Experience overseeing/managing project managers in construction, end-to-end

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings

  • Open to relocation

Nice to Have
  • 8–12+ years of relevant experience

  • Civil engineering or construction management background

  • Demonstrated coachability

What We Offer
  • Compensation: $140,000–$200,000 USD base. Actual pay is determined by experience, skills, and location, and may fall outside this range in exceptional cases. This role may also be eligible for equity.

  • Will support relocation

  • Health, Dental, Vision

  • Commuter/Travel Benefits

  • 401K Company Matching

  • Professional/Learning & Development Stipend

  • In-office sponsored lunch to start in Q1 2027

  • Unlimited PTO

  • ESOPs
