Arize AI is the leading AI & Agent Engineering observability and evaluation platform, empowering AI engineers to ship high-performing, reliable agents and applications. From first prototype to production scale, Arize AX unifies build, test, and run in a single workspace—so teams can ship faster with confidence.

We’re a Series C company backed by top-tier investors, with over $135M in funding and a rapidly growing customer base of 150+ leading enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. Customers like Booking.com, Uber, Siemens, and PepsiCo leverage Arize to deliver AI that works.

The Opportunity

As an AI Solutions Manager, you’ll partner with some of the most innovative AI/ML teams in the world. We are looking for a fast-paced, client-obsessed candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to nurture, and grow our Commerical/Digital Native customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, shaping product use cases, and ensuring our customers succeed in leveraging AI to achieve real-world impact.  This role is a blend of solutions consulting, customer engagement, and AI product feedback. You’ll work directly with the ML and AI engineering teams at some of the most sophisticated companies in the world and help them observe, evaluate, and improve the AI they run in production.

You’ll own the customer lifecycle end to end: identifying the business problem, defining what success looks like with their stakeholders, shaping how Arize fits their architecture, and driving adoption through renewal and expansion. You’ll also feed what you learn back into the product, so solutions you build for one customer become repeatable for the next.

While we are a remote-first company, the nature of this role requires candidates to be based in the San Francisco Bay area.

What You’ll Do
  • Own a portfolio of commerical/digital native accounts: account plans, regular touchpoints, usage monitoring, QBRs, and renewals
  • Conduct discovery with customer’s AI/ML teams to understand their goals, share the Arize vision, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, including Forward Deployed AI Engineers, to address complex customer needs, ensure smooth implementation, and advise on technical best practices.
  • Run QBRs to demonstrate account value, identify areas of opportunity, and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Proactively monitor product usage across your accounts to further gauge account health
  • Engage customer executives as champions to drive adoption beyond the initial team
  • Lead onboarding workshops and training on new functionality
  • Work with Account Management and Sales to convert successful pilots into org-wide deployments
  • Advocate for customer needs with product and engineering, and turn one-off solutions into standardized offerings
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, technical account management, or technical consulting at a tech company
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows or the agent development lifecycle, demonstrated through hands-on work, formal education, or self-study
  • Proven ability to demo a technical product and connect it to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand Python or SQL scripts
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Depth in at least one industry (financial services, healthcare, retail, tech) or function is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field is ideal; advanced degree a plus
  • Strong organizational instincts as you’ll manage multiple accounts

The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $165,000-$215,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.

While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person. For all other employees, there is a WFH monthly stipend to pay for co-working spaces.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
