As an Analytics Lead, you will work collaboratively across departments to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights that will guide both our and client strategy. What You'll Do Here:

  • Independently conduct and oversee primary and secondary research studies from end to end, from client scoping (budgeting, opportunity sizing), design, execution, analysis, reporting, to strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with client account and service teams to understand client objectives, reporting requirements, and preferences to develop best-in-class measurement that gives clients insight into their social-first strategy.
  • Work alongside a client service leader to improve their data strategy and their clients’ ROI by operationalizing reporting and insights. 
  • Grow a client portfolio alongside a Client Lead and Strategy through the lens of best-in-class measurement and data-driven decision making that are designed to inform brand strategy.
  • Lead the development of a measurement product including requirements gathering, documentation, methodology, socialization, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support, knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives by crafting engaging and well-researched white papers, articles, case studies, and other thought leadership content that showcases our expertise, addresses industry challenges, and provides valuable insights.
  • Develop and democratize campaign and study insights by designing efficient data collection and reporting systems, structured databases, and custom designed dashboards and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and research methodologies.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Marketing or agency experience is a huge asset for this role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences or data-centric fields like Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics) 
  • 5+ years of experience in research and analytics
  • Expertise in primary and secondary research, including but not limited to: brand tracking, brand strategy, brand lift studies, regression modeling/Market Mix Modeling, social listening, and digital/site analytics
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Sigma, BigQuery, and other relevant analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
