Job Description SummaryAs an Application specialist you will be responsible for Point of Care, CVUS (Cardiovascular) and Shared service Ultrasound equipment demos and application within the assigned geographical area. This requires travel throughout Finland.
It’s a role that will see you going out on the road to visit customers on site doing demos, application trainings, resolving any issues and providing the kind of exceptional support that will ensure we achieve optimal customer satisfaction. It’s vital work – your expertise will be invaluable when it comes to making sure patients have access to the best possible care.
You will own the training plan and strategy together with Sales specialists by giving your expertise and development initiatives. There will be a need to work closely with other members of the team and also the wider team such as Segment leaders, Service, Demo coordinator, Marketing and product developers.

Job DescriptionRequirements
  • Provides on-site and in depth learning sessions to external customers and focuses on leveraging and maintaining the technical and clinical knowledge, related to the product, of the end users. 

  • Working with sales leaders and sales representatives to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities.

  • Designs alternative training solutions to address special customer requests and offers online educational modules. 

  • Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company.

  • Deliver competent clinical product demonstrations in the clinical setting to ensure sales success. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor´s or master´s degree in medical, healthcare, business or related field (or equivalent knowledge/experience) for example Sonographer. 

  • Previous Ultrasound experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Able to travel across Finland. Own a Driver´s licence, as the role requires visiting customer sites in Finland, occasionally abroad. 

  • A job requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues.

  • Can be flexible with working hours as position requires traveling.
