The role
We are hiring an Associate Deployment Strategist to help enterprise customers design, launch, and expand AI agent workflows. You will manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts, work directly with senior customer stakeholders, and partner with Agent Delivery Engineers to turn operational problems into successful deployments.
What you'll do
• Lead discovery, design, go-live, and customer-success work across 1 to 3 concurrent enterprise accounts.
• Work with VP and C-suite stakeholders on deployments valued from $500K to $2M or more.
• Translate customer workflows into clear AI agent designs and implementation plans.
• Partner with Agent Delivery Engineers to deliver working solutions in customer systems.
• Use customer insight to improve agent workflows and help accounts expand after launch.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders through polished, professional communication.


Requirements

What we're looking for
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing consulting, business operations, operations, product management, or founder role.
• Experience implementing enterprise software for customers.
• Strong executive communication skills and professional English fluency.
• Hands-on comfort with LLM APIs, JSON, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and SaaS tools.
• Ability to move from a customer workflow to an actionable AI agent design.
• Willingness to work 60 to 65 hours per week and travel about 30% of the time on short notice.
Bonus points
• Experience with logistics or other complex operational workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise customer deployments from discovery through go-live.
• Experience working alongside technical delivery teams.

• Base salary of $100K to $150K, with competitive equity.
